The concept behind Ding! came from the sharp, bright, and quick nature of the "ding!" sound, commonly associated with positive reinforcement, completion, or activation. I researched how sounds can evoke specific emotions and how these auditory cues can be translated visually. The design features sharp, well-defined edges and dynamic shapes like starbursts that radiate outward, symbolising the burst of energy that the sound conveys.
The colour palette, dominated by vibrant yellow and magenta, was chosen from the Progresif’s Brand Secondary Colours. Every design element, from the logo to the brand’s collaterals, was carefully crafted to ensure that the visual identity is as striking and memorable as the sound that inspired it.

Results
To further strengthen brand recognition, a distinctive jingle was created around the “ding” sound as a core audio cue for the brand. Anchored by the tagline “The Sound of Easy Payments,” the sound was designed to be short, uplifting, and instantly recognisable, reinforcing moments of successful transactions and rewards.
Through consistent use across campaigns and touchpoints, the bell-like “ding” became closely associated with ease, convenience, and completion; allowing people to recognise the DING! brand simply by hearing the sound.
